Grand Opening of the Third Porsche Centre in HangzhouPorsche China Further Enhances its Dealer Network in East China

Shanghai/Hangzhou.On November 28, 2016, Porsche Centre Hangzhou Gongshu opened with a grand celebration. As the third Porsche Centre in Hangzhou and the twelfth in Zhejiang Province, it further consolidates Porsche’s development in East China and underlines Porsche’s value in this potential market. Mr. Johannes Sieberer, Executive Board Member of Porsche Holding Salzburg; Mr. Ivaylo Pulev, Chief Executive Officer of PAIG (China) Automotive Investment Co., Ltd; Mr. Marco Kana, Porsche Brand President of PAIG (China) Automobile Investment Co., Ltd; Mr. Franz Jung, President and Chief Executive Officer of Porsche China; Mr. Jacky Zheng, General Manager of Porsche Centre Hangzhou Gongshu, attended the ceremony. Furthermore, the Consul General of Austria and the Consul for Commercial Affairs of Austria also graced the occasion with their presence along with the guests and journalists.

Porsche Centre Hangzhou Gongshu especially brought three ‘heavyweights’ to this ceremony – the 919 Hybrid, which won the 2016 FIA WEC Manufacturers' and Drivers’ title for Porsche; the 911 GT3 Cup, which is the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia race car with the coating of the Team Porsche Holding; and the 911 2.0, which is the first generation 911 model of 1966 brought all the way from the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, were showcased at the event.

Porsche Centre Hangzhou Gongshu is the eleventh Porsche dealership in China that has been invested by PAIG. It is spread across 10,359 square metres and includes a state-of-the-art showroom that is capable of simultaneously displaying 14 Porsche sports cars. The service centre consists of 16 work bays and 2 direct dialogue bays, and is equipped with world-leading diagnostic and repair equipment. With its rich experience, PAIG has once again joined hands with Porsche China for the establishment of this Porsche Centre. The professional sales and after-sales team of Porsche Centre Hangzhou Gongshu aims to provide the best-in-class global standards of service for every Porsche customer.
